1. Complete the on-line form

2. Please review the information you entered carefully.

3. Click the "Send Change of Address button".

4. You will be shown a summary of the information you entered so that you can double check.

5. If you wish to change you details click the back button on your browser.

6. When you are happy click the "Confirm and Send Application" button

7. An e-mail will be sent to you summarising your application details and the cost.

8. An email will be sent to the Membership Secretary and you confirming change details
