Scotland! For the first time in over 30 years you can be one of the first people in Scotland to take to the slopes for one of the most exclusive Winter Sports in the World!!! If Skiing is too sore on your knees and you don't fancy sitting in the snow
with a Snowboard... why not take to the slopes in comfort? You can sit on your
Snowbike all day and still have on and off Piste fun!! |

Hi! Darren Walker here!
I am sure you are all pleased to hear that we have managed to get our foot
in the Ski World in Scotland! We are currently negotiating a deal with Glenshee,
Glencoe and Ben Nevis to have Snowbikes allowed on our mountains! Kenneth Park
and myself have started a Brenter Partnership in Scotland. Through a lot of
letters, emails, phone calls, meetings and hard work we have managed to get
three of our resorts to allow us on the Piste!
This was achieved by selling the “Brenter Way”! This allows the control and
regulation of Snowbikes and their users. The fact that everyone has to undergo a
basic instruction course to provide a safe but fun way to enjoy the slopes. At
the end of the introduction you qualify for the Brenter Passport which can be
used at any of the Brenter Partnerships World-wide! By selling the idea of
Health and Safety of this method the resorts are now opening up to the concept
of bikes on the piste! For those that haven’t been here before the mountains
here are beautiful and very challenging! And for those that have…well, you know!
Anyone with a Brenter Snowbike and a Brenter Passport will be able to get onto
the mountains from this season! The bad news for the majority is that the
resorts won’t be allowing any Race Bikes or other adaptations onto the slopes.
The only way to get onto the slopes is to get onto a Brenter! These are lighter
than the standard ski-bike but are a lot of fun! The Resort Lift Operators will
be policing this policy. The reason for this is that the resorts are willing to
let us on if we can prove that we are safe and that everyone is trained to a
basic level that is safe. The way we see it up here is better to be on the
slopes than not!!!
We have a fleet of 13 Snowbikes that will be based mainly at Glenshee but will
be able to move from resort to resort for group bookings. Check out our web-site
